Program: AACC Community Colleges Broadening Horizons through Service Learning

Synopsis: Eight community colleges will be selected to develop model service learning programs and will be known as Horizons men tee colleges. These eight colleges will be mentored by four service learning practitioners - Horizons mentors - also selected in this national grant competition. This effort is possible with the support of the Corporation for National and Community Service and its Learn and Serve America program.
