Funds may be used to: (a) develop program curricula to promote high-quality services and instruction to children with diverse backgrounds; (b) implement education programs that increase the number of associate or baccalaureate degrees in early childhood education earned by Head Start agency staff members; and (c) upgrade the skills of Head Start personnel to meet professional standards. |
